The menacing economy and society wreckers at loose in America today are the public health apparatchiks. Never before have they been given a green light to implement economic martial law—not during the Asian Flu of 1957, the Hong Kong Flu of 1968-1969, the Bird Flu of 2006 or the Swine Flu of 2009, among others.
But two sheer coincidences opened the door to the utter mayhem now at large, which is only going to get worse as the silver bullets of vaccine prove to be infested with a lot of blank shells and safety-related misfires.
