When It Comes To Economic Stupidity, The Donald Has Plenty Of Company

We don’t know who is stupider about economics—-the Donald, who knows virtually nothing about the topic, or the certified Keynesian high priests who allegedly know everything.

As to the latter caste, there are few who rank higher than long-time MIT economics professor and department chairman (1984-2003) and former chief economist at the IMF, Olivier Blanchard (2007-2015).

Not surprisingly, this man’s brain has apparently been so addled by a life-time of Keynesian group-think that he literally believes that central bank printing presses emit the elixir from which economic prosperity descends.
