It goes without saying that in the context of the hurly burly of daily partisan food fights in the political arena and the fictional, shape-shifting Wall Street/Fed narratives about an always awesome economy (not!), the Big Picture frequently gets lost.
So in the face of the Triple Whammy now assaulting everything that is good and sustainable in American democracy and capitalism, it is important to recall the great big skunk in the woodpile.
To wit, the Dems have become the Government Party, and have taken up the statist cudgels lock, stock and barrel. They thereby pose a fundamental threat to personal liberty, property rights, constitutional government, public sector solvency, sound money, capitalist prosperity and the hopes and aspirations of the common people for a more abundant life.
