To the contrary, the Covid-Hysteria now wracking American society is a horrible sickness of politics. It’s a toxic excrescence of the Trump Derangement Syndrome that has turned the public health response to a nasty flu-like virus into a vicious Jacobin crusade against personal liberty, economic prosperity and common sense itself.
