We have been calling it the Kamala Harris/Progressive Left Regency, but it’s actually worse than that—much worse.

Sleepy Joe is simply the figurehead for the return to full power of a swarm of Washington lifers and policy apparatchiks who have been in and out of the upper reaches of Dem and GOP administrations alike for the past 30 years.

They constitute the Beltway Nomenklatura—a self-appointed governing party as enshrouded in their own insular groupthink as were the communist party cadres of the old Soviet Union. And now they are back in power under what might be aptly described as Sleepy Joe’s Restoration.
