Several months ago we ventured the opinion that the Donald’s March 1 dead-line for Chinese surrender in his Trade War was written in disappearing ink:

But it’s not going to work because the Donald and his team of economic luddites and Washington Trade Nannies can’t possibly make a deal with the Red Ponzi before March 1.

So now that Trump has said there is “no magic” in the date after all, welcome to the deadline that wasn’t and the newest Washington political can that will forever be kicked.
