Did The American Economics Association Book The Wrong Trio?

The American Economics Association (AEA) apparently was looking for a trio of clowns to entertain their Atlanta confab, but was chagrined to find that Larry, Curly and Moe are no longer doing gigs—at least earth-side. Yet they desperately needed to fill the slot because America’s economic PhDs have become downright despondent and in dire need of comedic relief.
